Richmond Square Homeowners Association

Richmond Square is located near the Market District of New Albany and is known as Section 21 of the New Albany Country Club Community. There are currently 13 Townhomes with an anticipated additional section in the future. Richmond Square Condominium Association is situated within the New Albany Country Club Communities Homeowners Association and the New Albany Master Homeowners Association.
The Richmond Square Association maintains the administrative responsibilities, association insurance, landscaping, irrigation and exterior building components defined by the governing documents

Assessments

2026 fees are currently $750.00 per month.

Methods of Payments

Same Bank, Same Method, Just different Account Number.

Payment methods are the same as the New Albany Master Association and the New Albany Country Club. Your account number and the respective association is the difference. The account numbers do not always contain the same middle digits, so double-check your statements! The Master Association will start with 149-RS### and the New Albany Country Club will start with 277-RS###

Your payments for the Richmond Square Condominium Association will start with “380-RSQ##”:
