Ealy Crossing Homeowners Association

Ealy Crossing is known as section 22 of the New Albany Country Club, comprised of 43 residential lots. Ealy Crossing Homeowners Association is situated within the New Albany Country Club Communities Homeowners Association and the New Albany Master Homeowners Association.

The Ealy Crossing Homeowners Association maintains the administrative responsibilities, association insurance, pond, trellis, fencing, and interior landscaping for the special easement areas defined by the governing documents.

ANY EXTERIOR CHANGES REQUIRE APPROVAL BY THE COUNTRY CLUB ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC).

Assessments

  • 2026 fees are currently $300.00 per quarter due by:
  • January 30th
  • April 30th
  • July 30th
  • October 30th.

Methods of Payments

Payment methods are the same as the New Albany Master Association and the New Albany Country Club. Your account number and the respective association is the difference. The account numbers do not always contain the same middle digits, so double-check your statements! The Master Association will start with 149-##### and the New Albany Country Club will start with 277-#####

Your payments for the Ealy Crossing Association will start with “3-EC###”:
