1. Complete Your Arc Submission Form

Supplemental documents are to be submitted to the ARC for review in addition to the ARC Submission form and the Materials Form.

If an application is missing either the supplemental materials or submission form, it will be considered incomplete and may not be reviewed until all required information is submitted.

Effective March 1, 2024, homeowner information is required on the submission forms. No submissions will go through without homeowner email and/or phone number. Builder/Architect information is not permitted in the homeowner fields.

2. Complete The Materials Form

Combine the Materials Form with your project plans.

Submissions should be one complete attachment and not numerous attachments of individual items of information.

Be sure to include details of installations with measurements, colors, locations, etc.
