Ballots are located on this page, see below “Elections for 2025 Candidates & Ballot.” As a member in a Homeowner Association, you can vote on candidates in an election if you are in good standing with the Association. Starting today you may print and mail in your ballot to the address listed below. If you wish to email your ballot, please fill out your ballot, download and save to your computer and send as an attachment to the email listed below. All votes/ballots need to be received by the management company no later than December 6, 2024.
A proxy is the authority to represent someone else, especially in voting. As a member in a Homeowner Association, you can give your authority to vote on candidates in an election by checking the proxy box and completing the information on the ballot.
Voters must be members in good standing with the Association.
