2024 Invasive Species Trade-In Program
Did you know that New Albany residents can earn up to $150 by swapping invasive trees or shrubs for native ones through the City’s new Invasive Trade-In Program with Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District? This incentive is separate from the Community Backyards program.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective June 28, 2024, the NAI Ohio Equities New Albany office will no longer accept walk in customers, we will now be available by appointment only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please contact our offices to schedule an appointment in advance at 614-939-8600. NAI Ohio Equities will maintain a drop box at the main entrance of the building for assessment and architectural review payments, this drop box will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
