New Albany Blue – Sherwin Williams – PMS #296 (Signs, etc.)
New Albany Green – Sherwin Williams – PMS #447 (Mailboxes, Yard Lights, etc.)
What does a PMS # mean at Sherwin Williams? One way to ensure color matching is to use an exact color model, such as the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Give the number and the color is exact.
There are generally accepted paint colors in the New Albany Country Club. The Architectural Review Committee determines the consistency of colors for the various section of homes along with the entirety of the New Albany Country Club Community.
Not every color in a palette scheme will be appropriate for the Country Club Community, which necessitates the Architectural Review.
Specific colors for sections are not given, but your choice of color when submitting for approval should fall within the guidelines below.
The following companies are listed in many of the community guidelines:
Sherwin Williams Paint Company “Heritage Colors”
Coronado Paint Company “Chesapeake Bay Restoration Colors”
Benjamin Moor Paints “Historical Color Collection”
NOTE*
Benjamin Moore Paints bought Coronado Paint Company, but the Historical Colors Collection & Exterior Expressions still exists.
NOTE*
Sherwin Williams suggests America’s Heritage & Suburban Traditional Palettes that replaced the “Heritage Colors & Preservation Palettes” when they were phased out.
