The mission of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to maintain the high quality and consistency of the aesthetics and design of the New Albany Community. Whether it is a pool addition, landscaping, driveway, porch enclosure, walks, arbors, pergolas or trellises, it is necessary to submit review documents for approval.
The main functions and responsibilities of the ARC are primarily to:

The ARC is accountable to the Executive Architectural Review Committee (EARC) and ultimately to the Country Club Community Board of Trustees, which delegates to it the design of Georgian Architecture and the establishment, maintenance and enforcement of the New Albany Country Club Community. The EARC will review any discrepancies or appeals generated from the ARC level.
The main functions and responsibilities of the ARC are primarily to:
Assess information concerning architecture issues including policies, standards, guidelines, or procedures and make recommendations for remedy.
Review proposed programs or projects referred by the ARC and make recommendations.
Review and revise standards, policies and guidelines as necessary.
Promote coordination and cooperation for consistency and to achieve effective utilization, standards and policies.
