Elections and Voting Procedures

Annual Meeting and Biographies of Candidates

The Annual Meeting will be held this year on December 10, 2024, located at 8000 Walton Parkway, Suite 130, New Albany Ohio 43054, in the Ohio Equities Conference Room. 

New candidate biographies we have received so far are located on this page, see below “Click for Candidates Bios.” As a member in the Homeowner Association, you can submit your bio to be eligible to become a candidate, this bio is due by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2024. 

 

Please note that you must be a member in good standing with New Albany Country Club Community Association.

Voting and Eligibility

Ballots will also be located on this page, see below button “Elections for 2025 Candidates & Ballot,” after December 1, 2024.   As a member in a Homeowner Association, you can vote on candidates in an election if you are in good standing with the Association. Starting December 1, 2024, you may print and mail in your ballot to the address listed below. If you wish to email your ballot, please fill out your ballot, download and save to your computer and send as an attachment to the email listed below. All votes/ballots need to be received by the management company no later than December 9, 2024.

Proxy Voting

A proxy is the authority to represent someone else, especially in voting. As a member in a Homeowner Association, you can give your authority to vote on candidates in an election by checking the proxy box and completing the information on the ballot.

 

Voters must be members in good standing with the Association.
