Lansdowne Subdivision is known as section 20 of the New Albany Country Club, comprised of 95 residential lots. Lansdowne Homeowners Association is situated within the New Albany Country Club Communities Homeowners Association and the New Albany Master Homeowners Association.

EXTERIOR CHANGES REQUIRE APPROVAL BY THE COUNTRY CLUB ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC) BECAUSE IT IS PART OF THE COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITIES HOA. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE COUNTRY CLUB ARC AND NOT DIRECTLY TO THE LANSDOWNE ASSOCIATION.
